Makiling-Rockgarden weekday escapade

I joined Rod and Tisoy, for its early morning ride (today) at Makiling-Rockgarden. This downhill trail at Mount Makiling inside University of the Philippines-Los Banos(UPLB) campus won’t be called a rockgarden if without rocks. True to its name, this trail are full of rocks! It’s not just a tiny bit, but those rocks are big. Big enough to destroy your bike or one of its component if you tackle it wrong. This is one of the few trails here in the Philippines that can give your bike and yourself a good workout.

There will be a race this coming April 11 so we’re trying to acquaint ourselves with the trail. It’s been my first time to rode this trail as we always went either to mudspring or airline trails of Mt. Makiling. These 3 downhill trails are all located inside UPLB campus. Heck, it must be good studying here when you’re still a student.
We attempted to ride on rockgarden trail during the rainy season but its not rideable at that time. Now, the trail is more tame. Well, it depents on who’s your asking. hehe….

@jersey – Maraming resorts sa Laiya. Sa Triple-G na tinuluyan namin, wala silang entrance pero you have to rent for their cottages…

Within 2 weeks mareceived mo na yan. Yung problem lang na encounter ko sa kanila is di sila masyadong nagrereply sa email. You will be surprised na lang after 2 weeks delivered na sayo through our postal office.
